Hi my name is Ivette, I started working with young adults with developmental disabilities at the age of 18, I have been in this field for about 10 years now. I started as a DCW and I gained experience working my way up as a house manager and now being promoted to a Program Coordinator. I have the passion and the patience to help our members achieve their goals. While working here I have had the pleasure of supporting the people whom we service. As a program coordinator at Unified Residential Homes, I will work daily with URH House Managers, DCW’S, Guardians, State Officials, and Medical Teams to ensure that the care members are receiving is tailored to each member’s individual needs. I love being there for our members and I also enjoy being a part of the URH admin team. For fun I love travelling and I also love spending time with my son and family.
