At URH we focus on abilities of our clients while embracing their disabilities.
Group Homes
Unified Residential Homes (URH) provides a residential setting within a family-style home where fully certified staff offer 24-hour care and supervision for up to three individuals with developmental disabilities. Services include room and board, habilitation, and personalized care and supervision tailored to each resident's needs. All direct care providers meet qualifications specific to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
Transportation
URH provides non-emergency transportation for our members to Day Program and GSE.


DTA
(Adult Treatment and Training)
Unified RH Treatment and Training DTA provides community integration but also provides various in house programs that offers enrichment opportunities, such as computer training; arts and crafts; physical and speech therapy; fitness and athletics, including nutrition classes; community outings and volunteering. This program is customizable to allow members to participate in the activities from which they will most benefit and that they enjoy.



Community Involvement
GSE
(Group Supported Employment)
Unified Residential Homes (URH) offers Group Supported Employment (GSE), creating opportunities for individuals to work in community settings alongside various businesses with the support of job coaching from URH staff. This service is dedicated to helping individuals develop the skills, abilities, and behaviors needed to reach their vocational goals, providing a pathway toward more independent employment if they choose. GSE also emphasizes building positive work habits, fostering a strong sense of workforce belonging, and encouraging meaningful community interaction.
HAB
(Habilitation Services)
Habilitation Services Habilitation Services are provided by our Well Trained and Unified Residential Homes (URH) Staff.
URH provides outcome-based training to enhance personal skill level in the home and community. Skill training is designed to increase or maintain members’ skills in the following areas:
- Daily living / self-help
- Social skills
- Active participation in the community
- Positive communication
- Adaptive skills
- Cognitive functioning
Life Skills
Here at Unified Residential Homes, we like to help develop and facilitate a plan of care to ensure the highest quality of life for each member.
We do that by focusing on the following but not limited to:
- Personal hygiene
- Bathing and oral hygiene
- Nutritional meal planning and grocery shopping
- Housekeeping
- Assistance with all medications and reminders
RRB
(Room and Board)
All Unified Residential Homes care providers meet the State of Arizona requirements, have a valid Finger Print Clearance Card, clean background, and have successfully passed all of URH training courses.
We have bilingual employees.
