My Name is Stephanie McHenry and "I began my journey with Unified Residential Homes LLC six years ago as a Direct Care Worker (DCW). Through dedication and expertise in supporting members, I was promoted to House Manager, where I continued to build strong relationships with both staff and members. My commitment to learning and professional growth led me to accept the role of Executive Director.

In my current position, I work closely with staff to ensure that individuals receive the support they need to develop essential life skills. I oversee all programs within URH, ensuring that both Residential and Day Treatment Adult (DTA) services comply with DDD guidelines. Additionally, I write and implement Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) for URH members and serve as a Positive Behavior Support Trainer. I also volunteer with PRC to stay up to date with the latest changes in behavior plans.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, brunching with friends and family, and embracing life to the fullest. I’m proud to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional services to the individuals we support."
