Hello, my name is Sam, I am one of URH's Med Tech. I come with over 16 years of experience working with the DD population. My duties are to assist members with making their appointments and transporting them to the appointment. I document all appointments and inform the team of any and all changes.  I work closely with Parents/Guardians, DD Support Coordinators and Providers, to ensure each individual medical need are met. I have a passion to help others, and that is why I chose this filed. I consider myself a positive Mentor to our members. I am proud to be a part of an amazing company that really cares about the ones entrusted into our care. I enjoy spending time with my family, I love movies and working out. P.S. I am also a Rock star!
