My Name is DeVante Lewis and "I began my career in the DDD field in 2021 as a Direct Care Worker (DCW) after relocating from Louisville, Kentucky. My dedication and leadership quickly led to a promotion to House Manager of Quinn House in 2022. By 2024, I advanced to the role of Program Coordinator, overseeing three group homes and ensuring they operated to the highest standards within DDD guidelines. Recently, I was promoted again to Trainer within the agency, where I'm responsible for Abuse and Neglect, as well as Article 9 training.

I'm passionate about making sure our staff are fully equipped to provide the best care possible and take pride in helping our members achieve the highest quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through workouts, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. I'm proud to be part of the URH team.
