I have worked with youth and adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. I am highly proficient in the following areas: residential services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, clinical services, establishment of licensed Group Homes. I am skilled in administration, training and coaching of employees, budgeting and program development. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care to our members, and supurb customer service.
