Motivated leader with over 20 years experience provided in a variety of settings working with youth and adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. Highly proficient in the following areas: residential services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, clinical services, establishment of licensed group homes for youth (with history of abuse/neglect). Manages operations with dedication to those served and effective communication to all employees. Exceptional skills in administration, training and coaching of employees, budgeting and program development. Linda enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and quoting her favorite movies.

Parrish is a people person. With over 15 years of experience, from working as a Direct Care worker to Case Management, he definitely understands the business, and how to motivate all that encounters him. Parrish is a team player and depends on talented individuals to work as a team. As Parrish maintains the operations, he always keeps an eye out for ways to improve Unified Residential Homes by deepening the pipeline of talent, constantly raising the level of talent through strong hires, and providing opportunities to develop existing team member skills. Parrish loves movies, comedy and traveling.

Program Director

I am a native of Phoenix, Arizona, a graduate of Camelback High School and Metro Tech Trade School for Business and Culinary Certifications.

I worked at Good Samaritan, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and various group homes providing exemplary care to children and adults with developmental disabilities for over 30 years.

I am well known in the industry to have a gift for transforming clients that exhibit some of the most challenging behaviors into productive and peaceful people, by way of my communication and compassionate care.

Married to Donnie Parigo, I have 9 children and 7 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family and going camping. I also spend my time as a founding member of Dominion Outreach Church.

From its onset in 2018, I began my career with Unified Residential Homes as a General Manager, in 2021 I was promoted to Program Coordinator and in 2022 I now fulfill the role of Program Director.

Stephanie started as a DCW with Unified Residential Homes LLC 5 years ago and with lots of knowledge and dedication to the members was then promoted to a House manager. She worked countless hours learning more in the field and building a repour with the members and staff, prior to accepting the position as Program Coordinator. She is currently dedicated to working with staff to ensure that they are working with the individuals that we support to ensure that they are learning the necessary skill of life. Stephanie enjoys traveling, going out to brunch with friends and family and just over all living life to the fullest. She is happy to be a part of the team and is dedicated to making sure that the agency is providing the best service to our individuals as possible.

DONNIE PARIGA

DONNIE PARIGA

I am a 7th generation native of Litchfield Park, Arizona. Married to Lorena Pariga, we have 9 children and 7 grandchildren.

I graduated from Agua Fria Union High School in Avondale, Arizona and soon after enlisted in the U.S. Army. I served 7.5 years on Active Duty, stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany. A combat veteran, I was honorably discharged and returned stateside in 2006.

In 2018, I made the decision to transfer into the DDD Group Home field. Becoming a DCW for Unified Residential. My compassion and hard work ethic proved beneficial as I was promoted to Group Home Manager. In 2021, I was offered and accepted the Training Coordinator position.

I am certified to train Article 9, CPR & First Aid, DCW Training, Medication Administration, Abuse & Neglect Prevention & Support.

I have been employed with Unified Residential Homes for the past 4yrs with increased levels of responsibilities and focused attention to details, my growing knowledge of experience at Unified Residential Home has gained, me a well welcomed increase level of responsibility in the company deriving from Direct Care Worker, House Manager, Compliance Officer and recently promoted to Program Coordinator.

I am proud to be a part of a team of individuals that takes pride in their responsibilities to assist in the enrichment of Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

I have 7 years of experience in working in a senior living assistant facility, with an additional 3 years of experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities. I worked hands on with clients with dual diagnoses. I have held a position here at Unified Residential Homes for the past 3 years. I have worked my way up the administration ladder at Unified Residential Homes to a Program Manager. While working here I have had the pleasure of supporting people of whom we service while supporting staff and managers along the way. As a program manager at Unified Residential Homes, I work daily with URH House Managers, DCW’S, Guardians, State Officials, and Medical Teams to ensure that the care members are receiving is tailored to each members individual needs. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and especially spending time with my dogs.

My name is Sara Ruiz, I am GSE manager for URH Training Center. I have worked in the DDD field for 13 years.

I earned a degree in Child Development from Phoenix Community College.

I have the passion and the patience to help our members achieve their goals. I specialize in helping the members who are verbal and nonverbal. I am fluent in English Spanish and American Sign Language.

Hello, my name is Ivette, I started as a DCW at the age of 18. From doing medical appointments, transporting members to their day programs, medications. I gained experience. I started as a DCW at Unified Residential Homes in 2019 and I was promoted to manager that same year. I enjoy being a part of the Unified team. I love being there for our members. For fun I love travelling and I also love spending time with my son and family.

Maritza Ceballos

Office Manager

Maritza has been working with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities and challenging behaviors for the past seven years. Her positions and job functions have gradually advanced throughout her years starting as a Direct Care Worker, quickly being promoted to house manager. There her knowledge, attention to detail and her strong leadership capabilities soon set her apart from the rest. She was promoted to Office Manager and now spearheads our daily clerical operations including, ensuring our personnel files comply for audits and monitoring. Maritza’s role as Office Manager plays a key factor to every aspect of Unified Residentials Organization becoming “URH’s Go to Girl!”
